Initial Visit /Consultation With Stager

Property Tour... ( time needed depends on home and property size and condition)

Recommendations to hire services such as: Cleaners, Painters , Gardeners, Tradesmen
Recommendations for curb appeal is dependent on season

Possibly some work together on primary room(s)â€¦.initial showcasing

Second Visit

Returning to the home after the work is completed, most often done day before or on picture day to tweak for the Photographer

Additional Services.... At a Fee

Co-ordinating tradesmen which may include time needed to source, book, consult with and oversee work. Shannon will work directly with the Tradesmen and an invoice will be provided to you including all the services.

Assisting you with purchases you may prefer to buy rather than renting furniture or decor items
Personal shopping
3rd and additional visits to the property if needed is an additional minimum fee of $25 depending on location

Rental Packages

Quotes Include:

Design, layout of needed items
Selection, packing, transporting, unload and set-up, de-staging
Showcasing which includes hanging pictures, curtains, moving furniture
Packages can range from small decor only to large including furnishings
All quotes are based on a minimum of 1 month at the home and additional months will be charged ONLY for rental items
