Inventory is starting to hit the market right now, so how do you make your home shine…when outside looks like something from a tim burton movie?

Firstly, if we do get the odd snowfall in April, make sure that the snow is cleared on walkways, patios and your driveway.

For your gardens, a full cleanup is recommended.

Get the leaves that accumulated in the fall out of your gardens and out from around your plants.

On those sunny days, rake up all the fall leaves in your yard.

Clean outdoor spaces give a great first impression, and raking and dethatching your lawn will help it green up even faster.

Lastly, if you have any patio furniture under tarps or in your shed, get them out and set up, even though you might not be using them until the weather permits.

Let a buyer know that the home's exterior is ready for summer so they can picture themselves enjoying the outdoors when they move in.
