Moving to Orangeville? Orangeville posseses a proudly preserved culture and heritage. Mature trees and historic buildings and homes line the main streets of the town, which feature an endless variety of restaurants, a restored Opera House and plenty of shopping opportunities. As you wander through the streets, you will see many unique tree carvings, part of the Art Walk of Tree Sculptures, designed to give trees new life after they have been declared beyond hope. Orangeville also offers a continually expanding multi-use trail system.
Orangeville is located at the headwaters of the Credit River system and is surrounded by picturesque communities. The current population is approximately 28,000 residents.
Moving to Dufferin County? The County of Dufferin is made up of Orangeville, Shelburne and the townships of Amaranth, Mono, Melancthon and Mulmur. The county boasts a sense of historical importance. It offers its own museum, the Dufferin County Museum and Archives, first opened in 1994. Dufferin is a beautiful county with many natural settings for your enjoyment.
Moving to Caledon? Caledon’s small-town charm is complemented by the natural scenery surrounding it. The town was established in 1974 and is an area with dramatic landforms, major rivers, a wide variety of trails and protected lands. The town is only a short drive from major cities, including Toronto, Mississauga and Brampton, creating the perfect location for those looking to escape the busyness of city life but still wanting to benefit from city amenities. Caledon offers many community events and facilities for your enjoyment. The current population of the Town of Caledon is estimated at 58,500.
Moving to Erin? Erin is a community of approximately 11,000 people situated in Wellington County. It has two urban centres: Erin and Hillsburgh, surrounded by a natural rural area which includes six hamlets: Ballinafad, Brisbane, Cedar Valley, Crewson's Corners, Orton and Ospringe. The Town of Erin is located at the headwaters of the Credit and Grand Rivers.
Experience the charm of Erin, which offers a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for residents and visitors alike. The town supplies a wide range of recreational activities, including a 7-field soccer complex, twin ball diamonds, an arena and a senior’s facility. In addition, the Elora Cataract Trail, part of the Trans Canada Trail, runs through the town.
