Dave attended Wilfred Laurier University for four years studying English and Business Administration. Prior to entering the Real Estate field Dave spent six years in Landscape Construction where his job ranged from landscape design and sales to site supervisor. Dave brings to the team a great work ethic, sincerity and honesty and combines these attributes with a positive attitude to accomplish his clients goals and follow through until the job is done.
 

LAMOINE MIKKELSEN, Client Care Manager
Lamoine brings dedication, attention to detail and a personable, caring manner to the team. Lamoine works closely with Margorie preparing reports, presentations, following up on details as well as processing listings and sales. Lamoine has been an invaluable part of The Grime Team since 1994. 

VANESSA HICKEY, Office Coordinator
Vanessa assists Margorie in the numerous, vital activities involved in listing and marketing these special properties...such as photos, market updates, and keeping you up-to-date with feedback on showings. She enjoys working with people and will be pleased to help you. Vanessa has been working with The Grime Team since 2007. 

MELANIE KOTTELENBERG, Marketing Manager
Melanie assists with marketing Margorie’s listings, including preparing feature sheets and ads and updating Margorie’s websites. She also designs various promotional items that are sent out into the community. Melanie has a background in marketing and customer service, and brings enthusiasm, dedication and a keen eye for detail. Melanie has been part of The Grime Team since 2007. 

AL BARRY, Courier
You’ll see Al out and about delivering packages, putting up signs and taking pictures and water tests, among various other activities! Al has a background in customer service, and his warm smile and pleasing personality will brighten your day each time he comes around! Al has been helping The Grime Team since 2005.
